My name is Dustin Olverson, and this isn’t just business for me… this is purpose.
Why I Built eXp Realty Richmond
I created the eXp Realty Richmond branch because I saw a gap.
Too many agents:
- Feel stuck
- Lack mentorship
- Don’t understand how to truly build wealth
- Are working hard… but not building anything that lasts
I wanted to change that.
eXp gave me the ability to build a cloud-based, scalable brokerage — but more importantly, it gave me the ability to build people.
