Our Mission
Most real estate offices focus on transactions. We focus on agent development. eXp Richmond was built as a recruiting-first branch — a place where agents come to grow careers, not just collect checks.
We identified a clear gap in the Richmond market: agents who wanted to serve investors had no structured path. No training, no mentor, no framework. GRIDx closed that gap. We became a certified GRIDx chapter and built every event, every mentorship conversation, and every resource around it.
