This week alone I have seen: - Voice memos going out congratulating on a closing - Texts in all caps saying "THEY SIGNED " celebrating a seller client that finally came around to listing - A knock on my door just to share about the new habit they've been work on in coaching and how it's been happening on a regular basis....

This stuff may seems small but as Shawn Achor outlines in his book The Happiness Advantage.... typically the brain is trained to scan for danger (or what's going wrong) because it's a survival instinct. The problem is you can get so focused on this that you totally miss what's going right.

Little gratitude practices like sharing wins with your teammates tap into our brains neuroplasticity (aka our brain's ability to change....) and give all of us the ability to be more focused on the good and what's going right than whats going wrong.

Each of these wins have a story behind them.... - The agent who worked countless leads that hung up on them before this first one converted that lead to closing - The prep work for a listing appointment over an hour away with a seller who was way off on their perceived value of their home..... - Hours spent in coaching getting clear on what the real challenge is to zero in on the right habits to get traction.

Share the wins with the people who have been there for the journey and know the story that goes into each win that comes your way.

This is a huge part of our culture in this branch and on the teams within it.

It's small habits like this happening all around us every day that make this environment one where the people within it thrive. And, the fact that they have lots of wins to share is no accident... it's the sum of their effort and the impact of the environment they place themselves in that makes all the difference.
